How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel online and see when it is due to arrive.
How do I clean my mousepad?
Our mousepads are easy to wash by hand. To help yours last as long as possible, use lukewarm water and a mild, natural soap. Avoid harsh chemicals and very hot water, which can damage the surface. Gently clean it with your fingers or a soft microfibre cloth; do not use stiff sponges or brushes, as these may damage the fabric.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once production has started, we can no longer change or cancel the order and the sale is considered final.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, let us know within 2 hours of placing it. If production has not yet started, we can make the changes.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we offer custom designs. To request a quote, complete the contact form on our Custom orders page. If you already have a design, be sure to include it so we can give you an accurate quote.
How soon will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped directly from Estonia. Delivery times depend on the destination country:
- Baltic and Nordic countries: usually 2โ4 working days
- Most of Central Europe: around 4โ7 working days
- Southern and Western Europe: around 5โ9 working days
What is your returns policy?
If your product arrives with a defect, contact us on this page and we will find a suitable solution together.
As all our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that we cannot accept returns caused by a customer error, such as providing incorrect details when ordering.
