Intellectual property
We greatly value the copyright and other intellectual property rights of creators and third parties.
We have zero tolerance for infringements of intellectual property rights. All designs and artwork sold in our store are either original Hiirematid.ee creations or used with the creator’s permission.
Uploading content and custom orders
For custom orders, we only print content that you have the necessary rights to use. By submitting content to us, you confirm that:
- you hold all rights necessary to use the content and to have us print it;
- the content does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or design rights, rights to their image, or any other personal rights.
Using and reselling products
Once purchased, the mousepad belongs to you and you are free to resell it or give it as a gift.
This does not give you the right to use our designs in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights or those of the creators, for example by having third parties print products with the same design without permission.
Reporting an infringement
If you believe that a product or content offered through our services infringes your intellectual property rights or those of someone else, please email info@hiirematid.ee and include:
- a brief description of the infringement;
- a link to the product or design in question;
- your contact details.
Applicable law and disputes
These principles are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
We will first seek to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in an Estonian court.
