Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for larger orders. The more mousepads you order, the lower the price per item — ideal for businesses that need a larger quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order quantity and welcome small businesses too. Keep in mind that the quantity directly affects the price: the more mousepads you order, the less you pay per item.
What mousepad sizes can I order?
We can make mousepads to custom dimensions, although an additional charge may apply. For the best price and quickest production, we recommend our standard sizes:
- XL: 90 × 60 cm
- L: 60 × 40 cm
- M: 30 × 25 cm
All mousepads are 3 mm thick.
How long does production take, and how much is delivery?
Lead times depend on the quantity, but production usually takes 2–3 weeks. Delivery costs are calculated based on the size of your order.
For orders of 30 or more mousepads, delivery is free and we ship directly to your business address.
I do not have a mousepad design. What should I do?
Get in touch and let us know you need help with the design. Our designers can create it for you for a small additional fee.
If you already have a design but it is the wrong size, we will adjust it and always ask you to approve the result before production.
What packaging options are available for bulk orders?
For bulk orders, we can choose the most economical packaging or pack each mousepad in its own box. For specific requests, email us at info@hiirematid.ee.
